This property is managed by Mass Wildlife to encourage habitats supportive of grassland species such as Grasshopper Sparrow, Vesper Sparrow, and American Kestrel. We will walk along a level trail and listen at dusk for the unmistakable calls of American Woodcocks and Eastern Whip-poor-wills. Meet at Pine Hill WMA parking area, Pine Hill Rd. (off Harvard Rd.) in Lancaster (1½ miles west of the junction of Routes 110 and 117). Rain date: Friday, May 20
