Wachusett Meadow is a former farmstead that supports birds of the woodlands, wetlands, and meadows. We will walk on easy trails looking for newly-arrived warblers and sparrows, along with year-round species in handsome spring plumage. Migrating Broad-winged Hawks and Osprey may be seen soaring over the open meadows. Directions: From Rt. 62 in Princeton, turn onto Goodnow Road (please obey the 20-mph speed limit). The sanctuary’s parking lot is 1 mile ahead on the left.
